The guys who did the work were good, but the communication from Sears was awful. Impossible to talk to a human, and two appointments cancelled last-minute without notification.

My appt was 8 to noon. He didnt show up until 150pm. Left the old parts & boxes. I missed a doctors appt. Waiting for him. You need to do a better job communicating. Wasted the entire morning waiting & took a day off of work!

Great communication prior to visit. Not sure the technician really diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher correctly. going to try another service.
