We were overcharged. I notified them, they said they made a report and that I would receive a refund. I have not heard from them since.

Your 76 year old serviceman had obviously never worked on a Jenn-Air range before, because at first he told me that unfortunately the area that he needed to have access to was underneath the floor. Upon further examination, he discovered that there is another area which is easily accessible and he fiddled around in there for quite awhile. I believe at one point it actually looked like the problem had been solved, because when he turned on the left-hand front burner, the one behind that didn't also turn on, which had been the problem, however, when I tried it again 2 days later, turning on one of them, the other one also turned on. He also told me that I needed a new circuit breaker--the one that controls the Jenn-Aire. So, since he hadn't repaired the stove, I first phoned Got Watts, who have electricians. The one who came looked over everything, including the circuit breaker, which he said was still performing as it should, and told me to make an appointment with a company which services kitchen items, which I have done. They will be coming a week from tomorrow.

As requested, service person covered his shoes during before entering our house but after when he was done and returned his tools to the car he did not recover or remove his shoes before entering the house, as we requested. He told us his shoes were clean and there was no problem, after walking on the dirty sidewalk and dirty street, very disrespectful

My first appointment was one week ago. After waiting for 5 hours for the service man to show he called and left a message that he has rescheduled my appointment for one week out. I was not happy . I then waited and a new service man who showed on time , came in told me it was a common repair & will take a few minutes. He did not give me a quote. He did not have the part on the truck so he called around found the part and he left for two hours. He came back installed the part which took a few minutes. I had to go to work so I told him my son would be there. When my son got the bill is was 500.00 . If I would have know the price, I would of bought a new refrigerator. Mine is 15 years old . Don"they have to give you a quote before they fix it? Seemed like a scam. I will be calling Sears because he did not leave a receipt either .

2 visits $468 spent and problem not solved. The technicians were actually quite pleasant but customer service is the WORST. No refund 5 weeks later. I was told I need to learn how to uninstall parts and send back to process refund. (Technician at time of repair told me it wasn't worth his time to uninstall parts)
