Xerv showed up first appointment of the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then left to pick up the needed parts. After fixing the problem he stayed til I ran through a spin cycle to ensure that I was satisfied. I'm a happy camper!

Well, Claudio was an excellent technician and very knowledgeable. The products that he had to work with Thor Appliances have systemic and numerous issues. I have had nothing but problems with the range and also with the icemaker in the freezer I was supposed to have both appliances worked done today. Thor did not send over the correct paperwork so only the range was worked on today and the parts provided did not fix the problems. The door still does not close so the oven does not work properly. Sears home services is the only appliance company that will work on Thor, which tells you something warning warning do not buy Thor products.

Logan a good tech that said. Your AI bot and your new platform are the craps. I was supposed to have an appointment on 3/3/2026 no show, no call no text just a piece of crap bot with bad programming and the bot can't tell time and lies.
