Logan was great!
Logan is always great to work with. However, the Sears/Transformco/A&E appliance service scheduling organization is completely incompetent. The entire scheduling process needs to be redesigned. Awful.

Mohammad was able to diagnose the issue with our washer after the last technician told us it was fine. He problem solved to make sure our washer was in working condition before leaving even when it looked like it would be a difficult task. Our washer is finally fixed! Thank you!
