The issue seems resolved.
Sears responded quickly to my need for repairs to my washer and it seems to be working fine now.My only question is when I was ordering the service, they offered me a maintenance service for my dryer, but when he came out and fixed the washer, there was nothing done with the ventless dryer. Now it looks like I will have to order another service contact for maintenance if my dryer.
