The website was exasperating and did not allow me to upload photos of my appliance so that I could neither indicate the model number nor describe the problem in greater detail in advance. Lorenzo however was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed the issue and suggested how to avoid running into the same problem again. He was honest about the value of a full repair vs a workaround. As a result, we will definitely use Sears again for all future repairs and servicing. Thank you, Lorenzo!

Gary is an excellent service man savvy, courteous, efficient. however Sears co. service sucks. this job started about SIX weeks ago including four or five re-schedules your answering service is all mechanical we can't get a live agent to talk or complain to. you charged me two service calls for the same job, once when on the first visit and again today. my insurance policy says ONLY one service call per claim
