Sean fixed our washer. He had the part on his truck. He showed me how to avoid problems in the future by cleaning correctly and using a different soap. He was very nice.

The previous week I had a local washer repair man come out and repair my Kenmore washer. He did not properly repair the machine. There was a very loud noise. I then called Sears Appliance Repair and the repair man came out the next morning and properly repaired the machine. The repair man was great!!! He was polite, courteous, and quickly repaired the machine.
