Sears appointment services is terrible . I waited four days for someone to show up to fix my refrigerator. I would get a text the night before saying that The appointment was confirmed, but nobody would show up.. I will not be doing business with Sears home service any longer. I would have to call to find out that the appointment has been canceled and no one was coming. Four days of my life wasted, waiting for sears show up.
