Was able to diagnose issue and fix immediately! AC back up and running. Also, I was last on his route at the end of a long day and I really appreciate that he stayed late and showed up.

Booked my appointment the night before for the very next morning. Sergio called me when he was about 20 mins away. The hard start kit gave out in our AC and he was efficient in determining the problem, getting the parts needed, and finishing the job. Friendly and hard working, it was over 90 degrees outside and he was in direct sunlight!! Very thankful for his hard work and for Sears offering this service.
