This review is for the tech that repaired my refrigerator and not for the company he works for because this review would not be 5 stars if I was reviewing the company. The face of these companies are the employees in the field dealing directly with customers. Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and very kind. He explained the whole process of the repair and fixed the issue. Sergio was also the technician whom first diagnosed the problem during a previous appointment and I was lucky he was also the technician scheduled to do the repair. It is quite obvious he has been doing this along time because it shows in his work. What Sergio has that has nothing to do with his job is his character. It does not tale a rocket scientist to observe when someone is clearly a good person, has amazing work ethic and cares the job is done properly and professionally. These traits are not manifested by the company one works for rather it is inherent to the individual. Regarding the company he is representing it is clear their success is solely by the employees which are representing them. Let’s just say if I was not proactive during the whole process to set up the repair, and Sergio to perform the repair, I would still be drinking warm beer.
