Bernardo patiently installed the new water pump and cleaned the horribly linty dryer (something I asked the last tech to do—- but he wouldn’t do it.) This time things went smoothly and professionally. The phone system is ridiculous— texting me at 5am and then when I hit the link— it wouldn’t work. Here’s a tip: don’t use untested AI.
