Tom provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional and completed the job just as he said he would . Although I was disappointed to have to wait a week for parts to arrive, I was very happy with the suggestions I was given by Tom to get by for a week with a dryer that wasn't working properly. The parts needed for repair arrived to house during the week and were ready to be installed when Tom returned during scheduled time. I was happy to have same repair guy so he knew exactly what needed to be done and all was done under my extended warranty. Sincere thanks, Cheryl and Family
