I will never use this company again. I contacted it because my washer/dryer is Kenmore and I thought Sears could best handle the repair. But Sears doesn't really exist anymore. The fee for the visit/diagnostic/estimate is far too high at $230, which wasn't quoted to me in advance. And the repairman told me he could only do part of the job (for $400+) and would have to refer me to another company for the rest of it. I didn't agree to that and found another repair service (Lex Appliance Repair) to do the whole job for half of what Sears was going to charge me just to replace the thermal sensor on my dryer.

Since I can't reply to the response given to me I'll just write another review. I have called and emailed sears for my issue. I have replaced the compressor and 1 month 3 days later the freezer wasn't working properly again. When I called Sears they told me I was out of the warranty by 3 days. Apparently I had a 1 month warranty. I called several times spoke to several people who only transferred me to different departments promising that the next department would help me but they didn't. Everyone telling me that I was out of the month warrant for 3 days on a product that sears fixed. horrible service!!

My fridge was repaired a month ago. Freezer wasn’t working and they told us it was the compressor. They replaced the compressor and today, 1 month later the freezer is out again.

Terrible service. The technician demanded payment before even arriving, and his attitude was extremely rude. It was clear from the start that he had no intention of doing any actual work—just to get paid. Sure enough, he showed up, stayed for less than a minute without inspecting anything, and immediately said he couldn’t fix the issue before walking out.

Really hard to give a good review nice tech but I’m super suspicious. Said my washer was fine, recommended a part to make less noise, dropped $400 next wash the drum goes off balance and water won’t drain he comes back and says repair is $875. Feel pretty conned out of $400 and have to get a new washer

The guy never showed up and lied and said he did. I got an invoice with an amount - even through he didn't come! He never knocked on the door. I'm not sure he even drove to my house. This is after waiting a long time to just get an appointment scheduled. Absolute total liar! This is absolutely the worst service ever! Absolute garage. Avoid at all costs!

Scheduling and communication is impossible. No way to contact a human to discuss backordered parts and rescheduling. They don't send text updates for rescheduling or appointment cancelations. They have wasted so much of my time. The repairmen have been nice but they express frustration with the scheduling and communication as well. Thinking about switching to another home service company.

The repair guy didn’t fix the washing machine. He told me he tested it, but the first load brought up this error message. It does not work I tried to call him back at the number he called me from prior to arriving but no answer. I have to set up another appointment because he didn’t get the job done and left me stranded.
