Time.
Service tech was professional. Your response was poor. I was kept from my house because you contracted with an A/C service located 90 miles away and could not determine/repair my unit for 27 days because they didn't have enough technicians. All this during the hottest days of August. If this is what I can expect in future claims I will have to reevaluate my choice of home warranty providers.

Samsung Frig.
It appeared to me I thought he did an amazing job!!!!! Sears was far superior than Ross Technolgies in Bakersfield, CA. who have disappointed me on my Samsung appliances. I do not recommend Ross Technologies at all. I ave switched to Sears!
