Shane(sp) was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered my questions with respect. After he left I found the freezer totally shut off and warm. I called him on the phone he had used. Got voicemail and no return call. Had to file another claim with my home warranty company. Frustrated!!!

I would rate them a negative 5 if I could the communication was so bad it was really unbelievable they blew off 5 schedule appointments and never called. I had a part in hand for weeks and there system showed the part was never delivered every time I called no one answered I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Poor service. This service order went on since Nov 2023 and still has not been properly repaired. A bandage was put on for the time being. Poor, poor, poor. Tech was very helpful, but ur customer service socks. Poor pr including your supervisor if I was speaking with them. Hard to understand due, language barrier. It's a shame Sears sold business to this company.

If they do show up, prepare to pay a lot. Total no-show on day of appointment. Surprise visit the next day. Almost $400 for two hours of labor and no new parts used. I need to quit my job and go work for Sears where they're not uptight about schedules and you can stack that fat cheddar. One star generously awarded.

The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced! My Refrigerator is not cooling down. I called Sears Home Services for help on 4/19, they were quick to schedule a service for 4/22, the technician went to the wrong address, we had to reschedule for 4/23. On 4/23 the tech was a no call no show. Going against my better judgment I rescheduled for 4/24, a tech. did come out and diagnosed. At this time I paid the technician over $1100.00 which was the full payment to order the recommended parts and the labor for the future appt. to repair, which was required. I received the parts shortly after, so next I had to reschedule a return visit for the repair. I scheduled for 4/30, no call no show. I rescheduled again for 5/2, no call no show. Rescheduled again for 5/3, no call no show. I rescheduled again for 5/7 which finally a tech showed up, but he informed me he was going to be late because the appt. was not originally on his schedule that morning, he just received it. The tech swapped out the parts that were recommended, however my refrigerator is not fixed, it is still not cooling down. I called Sears on 5/8 to get a tech out, as much as I did not want to schedule another appt. they have already been paid for a service which has not been fulfilled. Sears informed me they would need to get another tech out to re-diagnose and I would need to pay $119.00 for that service. Why do I need to pay again for their techs. wrong diagnose? I am not giving them another dime. Sears wasted my time for no call no show appts. They took payment for a service that was not fulfilled and they have no intention of making it right. I've spoken to multiple people at Sears Home Services customer service dept. Reyna, Lucas, Joy and others. Their entire system is not customer service oriented, good luck getting a person on the phone, if you already have a claim open. Customer service will not transfer you to their scheduling dept., it sounds like they use a 3rd party that they only communicate with through email. I've gotten nothing but apologies and excuses of the system going through an update as the reason my appts were not fulfilled. I strongly Recommend you do not use this company. Bakersfield, CA. I GIVE 0 STARS!

Never in my life have I tried to deal with a company like this! Charged my card stating job complete. Not even show up more or less completed . Today Friday 10th May 2024 was the last no show appointment for them.. that is the 3rd appointment this week where no one shows and you can not contact any one.. Carol Tenhet Bakersfield CA People you need to do something about your staff!! Well another NO SHOW! CONSUMER AFFAIRS IS MY NEXT CALL TO RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR THE HOURS THAT I HAVE WASTED AND THE MENTAL STRESS!!!

WORST PLACE TO HIRE FOR appliances REPAIR! I have already paid for parts and repair. Havent been able to get any one back out to repair my fridge.They have canceled my appointment 2 times without letting me know. Have called multiple time. But no luck, still wait. Going on 3 weeks

Waited weeks for parts. They cancelled service call and the parts order. Sears said we must start over with "assessment of problem"... Still no working washing machine after waiting weeks for parts.
