Repair man was very friendly.. scheduled time changed several times, finally arrived at around 4 pm .. up to 4 hrs later, plus he appeared a little rushed, otherwise all was good 👍

Omar was nice but after the service the house was more humid than before service and the temperature had to be lowered three degrees to reach the same comfort as it was when it was 3 degrees higher before maintenance. When I called to have the free work checked I was told now it would be a repair so there would be a cost plus they weren't able to tell me the cost. They said the repair person will tell me. I feel like this was a set up for them to make money. Do not do the free service unless you expect to pay for a repair for something that wasn't broken in the first place.
