Knowledgeable repairman for sure. Sears appointment tracking, updates and communication needs a LOT of work. None of the estimated time frames were correct or actually trackable live as they advertise.

Technician diagnost the problem quickly and efficiently. Repaired the stove and retested several times to assure me that that problem was taken care of. Repairs were all under manufactured warranty. Very good service, Thank you Noe.
