Dennis was an outstanding technician, very professional, and courteous . However, I wish to have his contact information to follow up on extensive repair needed. I am extremely Unhappy with "Choice Home Warranty " due to the fact that they have sent out two other technicians till they received the report that CHW needed to cancel my claim. I still need the repair done, and Dennis put a positive impression with me. Though I do wish Dennis would have left me his business card, I'm reaching out to get that contact information. Also, How do I utilize Sears Home Svc. To actually accomplish this repair?

During the last Central Valley heatwave our fan for our AC went out.We used our warranty and had 2 excellent customer centric tech help us to get a quick turnaround on parts and repair. The parts came in and Dennis initiated the schedule change to get the new fan motor picked up and installed before the next heatwave.
