Dennis was very quick and had my AC up and running within 15 minutes. Nice guy! Luckily all I paid was a deductible, not full service fees!! Update: the AC went out again on the same day. A service request was made and completed on 8/11/25. Mike was sent out and completed trouble shooting the unit and discovered the 3 amp fuse in the HVAC popped due to a short in the capacitor wiring. Mike did a great job! He made sure to explain the importance of AC service and the job he completed. Also said to contact them should I have any issues. All in all.. I had a positive experience with the service provided.

Travis is a great washer repair tech! Only needed a service call and estimate, but they were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. Didn’t try to upsell anything—just gave a clear explanation and fair assessment. Highly recommend!
