George L. came to install the parts that arrived a month ago after Fernando came to assess the issue with our ice maker. George was very professional and replaced the parts that were needed and also cleaned the air filter on the front and back. No one has ever done that before and it will make a huge difference for keeping our expensive appliance functional. George was also the nicest technician that we’ve ever had to do a repair here. Very good at his job and very conscientious about doing his best work to complete this repair. Make sure to reward him and keep this valuable person working for you. He’s a keeper! Thank you George!
