My appointment was scheduled between 8-12pm. Is 5pm right now. No one called no update on where the technician is. Finally at the end of the day i saw receipts that the job has been completed. Where? How? When? I don’t know. No body showed up. Have been sitting here all day. I don’t know where the job was done because it seems like the technician has indicated that the job has been completed. This is ridiculous. I’m very frustrated, disappointed and mad at this time for spending my entire day waiting and yet nothing done. Then here comes lies of receipts that the job is complete. You guys can do better. Please do not use this service. Except u have a week or more to be waiting for them to not ever show up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

DO NOT do business with sears, first they made an appointment took the money for diagnostic and for parts, came out 4 times and did not fix my refrigerator. Each new part they installed they took back with them to “return it.” Finally after the 4th attempt they gave up and told my wife I would get a full refund. It’s been 2months of the run around, I’ve requested my refund 15xs and each time it’s with their call center in South Asia… IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!!!!!! I can’t reach a person from the US to help me because it’s easier to keep money if I get the run around from someone outside the US that can’t do anything to help the customer. GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK!!!!
