A/C repair
This is overall the best experience we've had with Choice. I was a little discouraged at first (and hot! This is the end of May in Phoenix). When I first filed a claim, it took over a day to be given a service date, and the first date given was over a week out. Fortunately, Sears contacted me in 2 days to give earlier dates, one of which was the next day. The window given was 8am to 5pm. I didn't mind that as I able to be here all day. I received updates from Sears for the exact time of arrival. Within 3 days from the date of claim, the technician was here, and within an hour, the A/C unit was repaired with a new run cap. Joseph was very pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions. The unit is working fine now, and I feel confident that the problem was completely resolved. I'm sure that it would have cost much more than the $65 service fee to get someone here to do the repair, had I even been able to find someone available at the time of the year.
