Clothes Washer Repair
He listened intently to my explanation of the issue, tested the unit and experienced the same issue I saw. Made his recommendation for replacing door lock and retested unit to ensure the unit functioned properly.

No complaints with the tech's work. My only challenge was that Sears gave a 9-hr window for the service. Who sits home all day for a tech. Most companies have morning or afternoon options which is more workable.
