Victor, the repairman gets 5 stars! He was quite knowledgeable and fixed the dryer quickly. Sears Appliance repair customer service, on the other hand, gets 0 stars! You cannot even call a specific shop. EVERY number goes to an automated AI service rep named Samantha! Samantha even told me there are no live agents...only her. My repair was scheduled between 2pm and 5pm. At 4:45, with still no repairman, I called to speak to someone to see if the tech was still coming or did I need to reschedule. Samantha could not tell me, nor could she give me a number to someone who may know or call the tech to see! I expect a company to be able to tell me if their techs are running late! Victor finally called me at 7pm to let me know he is running late and will he there shortly. He arrived around 8pm and was able to fix my dryer.
