We acquired the services of Sears Home Services via Cinch Home Warranties and we were not too thrilled about having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to have our air conditioner repaired, in mid-summer, in AZ. However, once the technician arrived, he was very professional, proficient, courteous and friendly! Based on the questions he asked me, I believe he had a pretty good idea of the problem and he had the system up and running in about 20 mins.

Did a good job Fixing my dryer. You cannot talk to anyone it's all automated and does not give any information. Other than that the repairman did a good job.

I still give the service technicians a 5 star. The service technicians are great. I give them a 5 star, customer service call in a give -1. The problem is the AI service, my service kept being delayed saying the part hadn't shipped when I had it all the time. I called the service line and talked to Samantha AI. She said she understood me and that the error would be corrected. But the next day it was the same thing, service was cancelled because the part hadn't shipped yet. No option to talk to a person is bad, bad, bad. They have option to talk to a person now. They handled my call and reset my appointment after it got cancelled somehow.
