We had our freezer fixed a month ago, then the same issue happened again. The technician said a specific part should have been replaced when the last technician, from Sears, was out. We lost a lot of money in food that had to be thrown away plus a second service call fee due to their error. After the parts were ordered, a technician was scheduled to install them between 8-12. He didn’t arrive until 2pm. When my husband said it was too late and he had to go to work, the technician was extremely rude and said it wasn’t his problem. So we had to wait almost another week to finally get our freezer fixed, the second time!

The technician was rude on the phone. Rude when he arrived. Short and condescending with his comments. Badmouthed our Warranty company and recommended we not use Sears to come out to service our refrigerator again.

GE monogram microwave convection oven stopped while cooking.Technician from A&E Sears visually looked at unit and could not determine the root cause of the problem. His trouble shooting was limited to visual inspection. He was unfamiliar with the code displayed on the display and suggested when the unit stops while in use that we should call back so he can remove the unit for the diagnostic. Moreover, he closed out the ticket and stated that his diagnostic revealed nothing was wrong with the unit. I'll never have them visit my home again. How sad!!

If I could give zero stars I would! The technician never showed up for my scheduled appointment. I waited 3 days with no AC in my home for this appointment. I had to have a family member take time off to wait from 8am-5pm in a HOT house just for the technician to lie and say that the repair request has been completed. When I called I was transferred 4 times and was on the phone for over 45min. to be told I have to reschedule and after all that they hung up on me and never called me back, even though all 4 reps asked me for my call back number. I will be filling a complaint!

Our technician Joe was extremely rude and argumentative with my husband who was giving him the info that the Sears Virtual repair technician told us to tell the inhome repair technician. Which made Joe extremely defensive about how he's been doing this for 30+ years and knows what he's doing as he was going to use a screwdriver to bend the pieces to make them work. Even though he came with a new part to replace. I would never, ever use their home repair services again. 1 star for replacing the part he was assigned to replace.

Was rude and obnoxious. Did not fix any of the issues I had with my refrigerator and told me to call back GE. Left the refrigerator halfway out so I even had to push it back in.
