Our rep came at the times we has scheduled. He was not trying to sell us anything. He gave us an overview of what the situation was with our LG refrigerator. He made some adjustments and made us feel comfortable that it was going to work properly. He was knowledgeable. I would recommend Sears technical division for future work though CHOIE warranty company.
