Les when 1 start, email me in 4a.m for appointment and nobody came after 6 p.m. Fake, unprofessional people. Never ever will recommend for anyone! Shame on you!!!

The one thing that I can say was good was the tech and booking the appointment. Received emails almost every 2 days when the appointment was getting close. Then the day of the of appointment, which was scheduled between 8 and 12, the disappointment began. Never got phone calls with updates as promised. 12:30 comes around nothing. I checked online and my time was now between 3 and 4, I tried calling the number provided on their site and only AI answered calls and was told no actual human was available. Finally around 4:30 I get messaged from the tech that he was on his way and would be here around 5. I hope the company appreciates him and I wish him good luck working for them and know I will not ever reach out to Sears again.

I have a Kenmore Elite induction stove and oven. The oven was going over temp. Technician came out and was very polite. He trouble shot that I had a bad temp control. With parts the repair was going to be $469. Or I could pay $76 / monthly and save $160 on this repair. I don't need to have a $900 / year payment for repairs I shouldn't need. I opted for the repair despite the high cost. Mt wife got home and changed my mind by saying she would rather just buy a new stove, I agreed. Now if I can just get the overpayment refunded to my credit card. Hard to say what is happening with all of the AI and no real people. Sears was a big mistake, used to be good, not so much now.

The Sears technician was passive aggressive and rude. The automated payment number I was given to pay my deductible failed twice. Tech was unresponsive when I tried calling him to alert him. He left the property without even diagnosing the issue citing lack of payment leaving the tenants with no diagnosis to the central air issue here in Arizona. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Sears has a wonderful reputation but perfect example of a bad apple. I will never allow them on my property again‼️

I've been having issues with my washing machine not cleaning properly and leaving residue in drum. The technician came to my home with an attitude to start with. I asked him if he'd been to my home before and he answered in a rude tone saying "if it wasn't two days ago, I don't know." I knew I was dealing with the wrong person. He asked if I was performing maintenance/cleaning the washer and I said yes. It was obvious that he thought I was lying. He then says "let me see what you used." I show him and he paused. He catches himself and says "that's not what you should use" and mentioned something other product. Next he takes the top off the machine let's water run, spin and puts the top back on and tells me nothing is wrong. He tells me it worked when he turned it on and that it doesn't matter that there's residue. I told him that I would call again for someone else to inspect the washer and he told me that calling again is not going to change anything. I will never use Sears again and definitely will not refer them to anyone.

Your technician was rude un fear. He didn’t do his job properly he gave very bad report to the insurance company for your information I been with. Company twelve years and as soon as as the company read his report they denied my request to repair my A/C . Then I called different technician from other company it took him 15 minutes to make A/C start again in my opinion technician like this give very bad reputation to your company therefore I ask kindly for my refund Looking forward to here from u guys Thank u

I will never use Sears services ever again .My AC is not blowing air The tech came water the unit outside which i keep clean always had just cleaned it last week he is trying to say thats one reason and that my ducking is the issue but would not even do a inspection .this was a home warranty call lost 3 days work wsiting for them to show up .Now I see why Sears is closing a lot of stores .If I needed to higher personal and a Sears employee came to apply I would trash the application. I called my warranty company and put a claim on Sears
