Repair service for our refrigerator, although it could not be repaired they were very thorough in locating the issue and got us running for a few weeks.

Jacob was a fine young gentleman but when his superior arrived, he walked right past me never acknowledging me. I thought that was really rude, particularly because he was training someone. I heard him say outloud to keep the conversation at a minimum otherwise he'd be longer giving service. That's fine but to outright ignore me as the customer was rude. So I stopped asking questions and never got that gentleman's name. They worked hard at get to the end result. We are happy that our water is running and the ice maker is dispencing ice.

Jordan was my service tech. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with my LG washer and dryer. He had it figured out and repaired quickly. I was very happy that they were able to be out the next day to repair.
