Our serviceman was great. But your office sucks. First I'm told parts order, then a few days later, i get message " they no longer make the part. " Then nothing for a few weeks then told "parts ordered", and an apt set for today. Parts arrived at my home. Been without my refrigerator since August. Not happy with your communication leaves a lot to be desired.

Steve the repair person was very professional. Stever repaired the Washing Machine and knew what was creating the problem to work. I would recommend Steve and Sears Repair to anyone.
