Final technician was great but before that, the service was terrible. They kept making appts then canceling 30" the window period. I tried contacting them many times but only got a bot or a phone tree that didn't give me the option to talk to a live human being. I would NOT recommend them at all

Do not believe the positive reviews for this company. If they are doing HOME WARRANTY work, RUN! The tech was rude and extremely unprofessional! Lied giving me one reason for my problems and a completely different reason to the warranty company something at which led them to deny the claim. Hmmmm sounds fishy to me. I ended up cancelling my entire home warranty policy. No wonder Sears went out of business in every other area. I suspect these guys are next.

The technician never showed. Claimed no one was home. In the past I’ve had a good experience with the company so this is not the professionalism that I expect.

They came to fix one issue and created another one. My product worked before he came and didn't work after he left. Called so that he could come right back to fix what he messed up, and all I received was another appointment for FIVE days later and got hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Sears has the worst repair service, the technician faked my signature on the work order saying repair is completed and left and damaged my floor. On the recall appointment, the technician said there's a leak in the system and solder the leak, charge up the system and after 24 hours, the fridge temperature is 100 degrees, the third recall, the technician is rude as hell and said the fridge is not plugged in for 24 hours so he has to reschedule me, this bring to the 5th appointment and at the day of the confirmed appointment, it said the technician will arrive between noon and three pm and at 12:30 pm, the technician called and said the sears company has stop servicing choice warranty customer. So after waiting almost 60 days and 5 scheduled appointment, my fridge is still not fix. What a joke. Btw, sears send me a bill for $110 for service call which they never show up but the bill has my signature signed by them.

My Technician was awesome! As for Sears this company is horrible to deal with. Had to call multiple times because my part was canceled. Then they told me it was shipped. Had to call the manufacturer of the washer in order to get things sorted. Called to schedule my appointment once I got my part and the next morning I woke up to a text saying I canceled my appointment which I never did. Hope I NEVER have to deal with them again.
