Was very professional, friendly and clean. Performed a job well done and in a timely manor. Was very attentive to details and cleaning. Was able to resolve the problem with the right parts that were pre-ordered. Also recommend futher idea on other appliances. Over all would recommend Sears Services to anyone. Only negative wasn't the repairman but, price rate of charges for total repair outside of parts. Seems to be high, to pay with initial fee of diagnostic, plus the added repairs.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the what, how, and why he would need to do to make our repair as well as making us aware of all our options. Parts were ordered and came in within 2 days and our scheduled appointment came in a timely manner with the technician calling us before his arrival. Once there, he did his repair and stayed long enough to make sure our dryer was working properly. Very happy with the service we received!

My brand new GE range was not working and this very very nice helpful repair man came today and was very knowledgeable and tried everything that he knew gave me a price for repairs. Definitely use him again!!
