Technician was AMAZING!! He showed up on time, very cordial and completed the repair.Sears it self is the worst. 4 reschedules and there us NO WAY to contact them directly. But you can get AI to respond. Sears want to do "collective" appointments and NOT warrany appointments as they don't make money on this type of appointments. I seriously hope this Technician finds another company who appreciates him!!

Steven was the second tech at our home. A part had to be ordered, so he was the tech to do the return work. He was able to get that part installed and actually reinstalled the dishwasher better than it was before it was taken out! Thank you!
