Excellent customer service
Steven was a blessing. Absolutely had me, the customer first in his mind as he provided the necessary service. He provided details needed to make an informed decision on the calls needed to be made and followed through, completing the task—and restoring the unit to working order. I'm delighted that that Steven came out, providing next-day service and that the cooktop is in perfect working order because of his thoroughness to the job.

I was impressed with the experience with Paul's knowledge of my refrigerator and how he knew where to look for what I thought may have been the problem. He done a great job and didn't waist time getting it running again properly. He kept me informed of his arrival and so i didn't have to sit and wait all day on him. thank you Paul.
