Diagnosed problem quickly, ordered necessary part and when part was delivered he returned and installed it in about 30 minutes and stated that my range was working normally. I’m grateful.

Raymond did a great job on my refrigerator. After a month of frustrating appointment cancellation by Sears AI system, I was lucky to have Raymond show up at last to my house; he tested the fridge, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Within 3 days the part was here and he showed up on the same day to install. I would say, Raymond wiped clean the bad experience I was having with Sears scheduling service. Before Raymond, another technician had come to diagnose the issue and left it hanging for a month!

Very professional and reliable technician. Your ai and virtual chat system had to many clitches. But some kind of way I was able to make contact with the service technician Dujuan and he was able and willing to handle my problems. His level of respect and concern for the clients was exceptional. He deserves all the STARS!!!

Washing machine would not spin and drain water. Dee the repair man that Sears sent out was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and we ordered the replacement parts and when they came in he came back and installed the new parts and now everything is working fine. He did a great job.
