Our service repairman was great

The technician was polite and arrived before posted schedule and seemed to handle the repair attempt well. Sadly (not his fault) this is the worst warranty service ever. I’ve been waiting for over 3 months and 5 visits (plus one where no one showed) and 3 different parts orders for someone to tell me what’s wrong & that it can’t be fixed. This is a clinic and I have been having to haul patient laundry out at great expense of time & money. I have had to cancel patients on those days to sit waiting. And now I’m told I might get info on replacing it in the next 2-3 weeks! And you can’t talk to a real person.
