Great personnel. Very professional and courteous. Got it done sooner than originally scheduled, a real plus for a busy week just before Christmas. They also provided advice for cleaning the dryer vent.

Dylan was finally able to repair our dryer. Your company should be very proud to have employees like Dylan. So I give him the 5 stars. On another note, i would give your company 1 star. I would appreciate being able to contact your company. There are no phone numbers listed and to communicate you have to use an AI bot. I did have an unfavorable experience with one of your technicians. Luckily, Dylan is knowledgeable and was able to finally resolve the situation. I dealt with your company for over 3 weeks and had 5 service calls. Ridiculous. (Your company was providing the warranty work on my dryer.) If you would like to know the details, you are welcome to contact me. It’s unfortunate I was not able to communicate with your company.
