Technician today, 11-12-25, was excellent. He was very thorough and helped clear all the frozen ice in our freezer diligently. I would use him again if I need someone in the future. The total paid is for initial visit by a different technician and for today’s fee combined.

They arrived very quickly on the same day. Technician was extremely courteous and went straight to work when he found the results. He came out and explained everything very thoroughly.. he only did the diagnostics but did not perform a repair on the GE profile washer dryer combo.
