The tech was great. Sears has gone to an AI answering service which is the absolute worst. But based on the Techs interaction this was a positive experience.

Washing machine still doesn't work! They said they tested it but the problem is NOT FIXED. So, I had them come back out and find out it isn't repairable. They did promise a refund on what I already paid but didn't know when I might get it. So, today-:buy a new washer.

the people who answered the phone gave me two different answers on the phone and the service man said the don't handle reconnecting the vent hoes even though he did it
