The water filter replacement quick and easy. The ice maker is still not working. A good technician would have check yo see if the ice maker was working after filters were replaced and reset.

The technician was very courteous while he was here, but the ice maker is still not working. I spent $590 for the repairs, and the problem is still not fixed. I have another technician scheduled to come out on Monday afternoon. The ice maker is not making ice at all.

Greg was nice and explained things but didn’t diagnose my machine except for to turn it on to see the error code I had reported I had then charged me the $99 fee. I don’t think it was actually him , he was just doing the job he had been instructed to do . He didn’t have the part to replace the switch and the cost of the part and labor was much higher than what I was willing to pay . When I initially called and explained what the error was stating , I was told that the average cost of repair was $200, The price I was told was so much higher than that . I went out and brought me a new machine instead of giving them close to $500 .

This is totally ridiculous. How can you Fedex the part to me but keep canceling my appointment due to part not shipped. Part was shipped part was received 3 days ago, I have called the number yet it is a recording and operated by Al. I need a live person to explain I have parts stop canceling my appointment!

The work was completed. But, putting your tools on my countertop is a no-no! Using my cabinet's knob to get up off the floor, started egging at me. But when Ken left the old parts in the box, on my 6” hardwood, instead of taking it with him, it was leaking water. And that was the nail in the coffin! He ordered the parts twice and twice Ken got it wrong! A two week turnaround job lasted almost six weeks. Not to mention, no one showed up on five of those appointment dates. You need to get rid of the damn Ai and out live people in place to handle your customers, problems, and schedules/reschedules.

No one ever showed up for our appointment after I took the day off work to accommodate them. The phone number goes to an AI service, and you can't talk to anyone. Would not recommend!
