John A. does very good work
John did a very good job. He went to work, found the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately, the paperwork was messed up and he had to call the claims people to try and get it corrected. He had to call them several times and kept getting a runaround. He spent twice a long calling claims than he spent fixing my problem. He finally left since he had other calls to make, but he called me back in about two hours and told me everything was fixed.
