Matthew is knowledgeable. Explained everything that are relatively new washer two or three years old. He told us what we should should not do. We're not able to get the water level. we want because of the energy star thing ...so he told us the knobs to push to make it the best we can...

Great repair man; lousy communication process with Sears. Scheduled for TU (8-5) no show, W (8-10) no show, showed TH. No communication to repair man and only contacted me on TU afternoon. Could not edit incorrect e-mail without e-mail communication. Location is Hot Springs Village not Hot Springs, which I told the agent more than once.

On time and friendly.. called to tell me he would be here at 1 but after I explained I had a vet emergency appointment at 1 he came right out and did the repair within 30 minutes! Very impressed!
