We were happy with the technician, he sent back a pump that was ordered and not needed. We are awaiting a refund. Can you please tell me if the refund is being processed. I’ve waited over 4 months for repair. You’ve canceled, rescheduled not shown up. Several times. I’ve paid for a service warranty that appears useless to get a repair in a timely manner. Took one month to get a tech to diagnose problem, took another month before tech came to fix it. He replaced everything. Took approximately 6 hours to repair. He said it was fixed and to wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours, STILL NOT WORKING. Now I have to wait another MONTH for tech to return.
