Patrick G service

I saw that he was very competent as a serviceman. He explained what I needed to know about maintaining my appliances. The only negative was in regards to his cleanup skills. He could use to pay more attention to that aspect. I had to do the cleanup after he left. There was debris from the kitchen floor put on the counter in the food preparation area, a wad of paper towels with a hunk of compacted dirt left on my dryer and a filthy floor in the utility room where the washer and dryer are located. His skills as a technician are great. He needs help with cleanup. Perhaps he had too many calls and had to hurry through the cleanup? He left my place at 5:30 and he still had one more call to make.

He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, and shares ideas for avoiding a recurrence of the same or similar problem. Sears Home Services, itself, could stand some improvement, but we like to think of Patrick as our Mr. Fixit.
