Replacement of boot
Give this man a raise. He was professional on time and answered all our questions. The work on the washer was time consuming and difficult but he rolled right through it. Patrick is a valuable employee so give the man his due. A happy customer

I've been waiting for 3 weeks with another company to fix my oven door. They called to reschedule at a later date. Sears give me a date and kept it. Patrick fixed it in 5 minutes and showed me how to fix it if it happens again. Thank you for having him in your employ and do everything possible to keep him.
