  1. Very dissapointed

    I have a protection plan for my 5 appliances. On 19th of April I called tech support, refridgerator was not getting cold. Call tech support, they said turn it off and give 24 hours. Called back again the next day and he said you need to wait 48 hours, I told him to give an appointment. He would not do it. Called customer support which reluctantly gave me an appointment. Another technician called me back(very nice) from PA. They diagnosed the issue as bad compressor and called the service person to make sure he had the parts. The service person got here and said yep bad compressor. He had to order parts, and made me a follow up appontment 2 weeks away. He said call back when parts came in and they should give me a better date. Got the parts pretty quick. Called them to get a better appointment. They would not do it. They only reason you got two stars was repair people were nice. But 28 days without a refridgerator with warranty is unexceptable.

  3. Great service but pricey

    The service tech was professional and courteous. Was willing to put on booties before coming in (was raining). I had already diagnosed the problem and he confirmed. Looked diligently for the part from several part stores in the area with no avail(was Saturday most had mon-fri hours. He gave me options and price of repair before he started anything, since I knew the problem and he confirmed quickly. I agreed on repair. Part was ordered sent directly to my address. He came within 24 h of receiving the part . I took a star due to the labor charge way too high for a 30 min job.

    Tech came out took one quick look and not the area that the issue was. Pulled up something on his tablet and said the part was obsolete and could not be replaced which was not true as I googled the washer model number and the part came up on a website that sells parts for my machine as well as a picture of my machine. My husband paid a diagnostic fee of $119.00 for nothing as we did not decline repair and we were given false information.

  6. Extreme installation labor cost

    My refrigerator issue required a new compressor which was under warranty. Parts cost paid as warranty item however the labor for 2 hour install was over $600. Will never use this service again.

  9. Was ok ran great till I put it in grass cutting mode a it would not run I need Douglas back I know he will get it right
