  2. Great Service and Very Informative

    I need a system checkup to make sure my Air Conditioner was operating properly. The technician checked the pressure and coolant charge on my system and advised me to consider a home warranty so I could have coverage for future repairs.

  3. Awful everything it’s been a nightmare

    1st guy came, was pleasant, ordered a part has it delivered to the house. 1 week later, 2nd guy comes to put part on says it’s the wrong part, he needs to order something else but he doesn’t work on refrigerators but he was the only one that could come because everyone was off for the holiday weekend. 1 week later guy 2 is supposed to come by but no parts arrived so rescheduled for next week. The next week guy 2 calls, still no part can’t come has to reschedule. Asked for a supervisor to call. It never happened. Next day two dryer drums were delivered to our home. Dryer drums!! Called and requested they be picked up same day. Was not storing those huge boxes. Couple days later the parts show up. 1st guy calls and sets up the appt. he comes by, replaces the parts and says there one plastic/ rubber part he’s going to order and shows us how to put it on when it comes in. It’s been weeks NO PART! Oh, and the door that cost us a small fortune is no perfect! It sticks and doesn’t work 100% but we will live with it. Not doing it again.

  7. Refrigerator Not Repaired

    Two year old refrigerator has failed twice, cost us over $2500 in food, ice, coolers, replacement refrigerators waiting on repairs that are weeks away. Charged hundreds of dollars and refrigerator still not operating properly. Never ever buy a Kenmore Elite from Sears.
