    Although the technician (Craig) was here the week before Sears did not hesitate to get him back to see what was a further problem with my dishwasher. He came in, diagnosed and resolved the issue - even going a step further to see what else he could do to prevent me from having to make a future service call on the same item.

    He explained to me what happened and showed me the defective part. Took the time to defrost the coils and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy with the job. Thanks

  7. Very good service. Got the job done efficiently

    The technicians did not arrive in the scheduled time window, and I was unable to get an update on what was going on. Not the technician's fault. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He also clearly explained what the problem was.

  9. Confusing Service

    I did not like the fact that I had to schedule a separate appointment to diagnose a dryer on a stackable washer and dryer unit. It was a single unit. The technician said that he needed a separate work order to look a dryer. Customer service said that he didn’t need a separate work order because it’s one unit and he should like a both washer and dryer.

  10. 3 Weeks of Cancelled Appointments!!!!!

    If you need a refrigerator repaired DO NOT CALL SEARS!!! Sears cancelled appointment twice, each time rescheduling service for a week later. They had NO concern that I had no refrigerator. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a repair service. Would not recommend.
