The tech called in am and told me that I was 5th of his list. He was an hour later than he estimated but was here less than 30 minutes. After parts arrived had to wait for serviceman to make repairs. His appearance was somewhat unprofessional. He replaced parts and refrigerator still did mot cool.Annette, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Repairmen came out then it took two weeks to get rescheduled. Then another week due to serviceman being sick. Then that was no the right part. So another two weeks to find the right problems and order part. Then two weeks to get it fixed. Now 11 days later throwing the code to the same part that was replaced. The service technician replaced the compressor under the warranty (10-years). I did not know about the 10-year warranty until after he left. He did not tell me and I paid for the labor and the cost of the compressor. I will contact Sears to get the refund of the cost of the compressor.Dear Delia, We see that refund request for $440.43 was already submitted. Your refund request is currently pending.
