I waited for 9 plus hours on Friday with no communication and got an email after 5PM telling me they had rescheduled my appointment, with NO explanation why. Then I got an email on Monday night they would be there between 8 and 9AM. Did not show up until after 11:30AM. Technician was thorough and did a great job. Very poor customer service on getting to the call and communicating with the customer on when they will be there.
