Washer repair
Scott came to install parts that Sears had ordered to fix our washer. However the parts that were sent were the wrong ones. This was the third time parts were ordered and we had to wait at least a week for parts each time. Needless I don't pay for a home warranty to have it take over a month for a repair so I was not happy to hear the parts were the wrong ones. I got a little upset and directed my displeasure toward Scott. He remained calm and professional and got on the phone and fixed the problem. I appreciate what he did and how he handled things
