  1. Good service, poor planning

    My appointment was scheduled between 1 and 5 in the afternoon. I ended up being the last stop at around 5, which was fine. It would be good to offer an updated scheduling notice. If I had known that I was going to be the last stop, I would have been able to work the afternoon and still be home on time for the appointment. Might be something worth considering for your scheduling in the future.

    He fix my dish washer but I an still waiting fir the cap that go on the Compartment with a liquid rinse aid goes I cannot use it because it has no, and I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for it

    Very happy with the service provided for my Kenmore washer. Dave, my technician arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job explaining what he did to get my much used washer working again. During our conversation I learned that he is a local resident too and is well informed about well water effects on appliances. This was certainly a plus in my opinion.
