My fridge was squeaking and buzzing so loudly, I could hear it upstairs! The fridge was in the house when I bought the house so I did not know who to call. There was an online web address on a label inside the fridge. I went online and scheduled an appointment on the same day! It was Sears Service and honestly, for $139, my fridge was inspected and fixed! Thank You!

My tech Domingo was excellent. Knowledgable and efficient. My only complaint and frustration was with Sears and their online communication system. They kept rescheduling my return appt saying the part ordered had not come in when in fact I had received the part. My attempts to contact someone to let them know I had indeed received the part was frustrating as I was continually referred to bot chats that were totally useless.Finally I found an actual phone number and talked to a real live person. She was great and she scheduled my return visit for the very next day. Humans A+ Chat bots F
