The technician quickly signaled to me that he will he is shady by telling me that there's more than the motor to replace because he is used to chamberlain failing. He took his time dragging as long as he could. Then he told me that the job was done but the wall piece was out of service. I told him to check the wiring because I knew for certain that it works. He spent time there then he told me that he fixed it. Then I understood that he just wanted to find a way to charge me me more. To my surprise, the charge is now $268. Which is more than buying a new garage door opener. Make me feel so stupid. I ask for a quote from sear. I was told less than $100. I have had Sears serviced my house before but this time, I am looking to change if Sears doesn't address this problem. I have been calling but no one is trying to address my problem. There is a noise when the door opens. It was not there before.We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. Earlier in the day I received a Sears e-mail alerting me that the repair would take place about 2pm. However Enver was at my door at 11:29am, Thank goodness I received a text from Enver saying he was on the way to my house at 11:01am and I met him at my front door just as he was ready to leave. WHEW he came right in and assessed the situation immediately. The root of the mold buildup on the door gaskets and the loud compressor was that the fridge was NOT level in the first place. Enver recommended using a bleach solution to remove the mold. So far the fridge is quieter and the bleach did remove the mold buildup. I just wish I would have noticed the fridge was not level when it was delivered. I guess it's just a customer's dilemma?Thank you for sharing your great rating! I use them for my yearly maintenance. The service is “excellent “. I have no complaints. Unnoticeable to me a part in my washer was missing the serviceman called it to my attention.
