Washer repair
The technician listened to me and kept working on the washer until it made the sound I was concerned about. Then he replaced another part that was causing the problem. It was nice that he believed me, and stuck with it until the problem was fixed. I really appreciated that. He also serviced my dryer while he was here. Great technician!

Timothy was wonderful
Tim the service technician was very thorough , looked over all parts, cleaned them and told us honestly what we needed to replace . Of course we wanted to weigh our options like any big purchase and so we decided to replace the parts . He came back and did a great job.
